論「豈不有頂至應名他害」，外人重難。既為下地聖道所害，如何得名非自他害？不信前釋，故言傳說。此難無救。

The treatise says: "Is not the Summit of Existence, up to: should be called harmed by others?" The opponent objects again. Since it can be harmed by the noble path of lower stages, how can it be called 'cannot be harmed by self or others'? Not trusting the previous explanation, he says 'it is traditionally said.' This objection cannot be rescued.
