論「雖《發智論》至非一剎那」，此第四會本論文也。言「一心」者，非一剎那名一心也，依眾同分一相續心說一心也。

On the treatise passage: "Although the Jñānaprasthāna … it is not a single moment": this is the fourth [part], harmonizing with the text of the root treatise. When it says "one mind", it does not mean a single moment is called "one mind"; it speaks of "one mind" in terms of a single continuous mental stream sharing a common group status.
