論「雖餘部說」，已下破正量部。彼執色法有二緣滅：一內滅相、二外滅緣。心法唯內滅相，不待外緣剎那即滅。先破色、後破心法。

The Śāstra states: "Although other schools say..." Below this refutes the Sammatīya school. They hold that material dharmas are destroyed by two conditions: first, an internal mark of cessation; second, external conditions of cessation. Mental dharmas have only the internal mark of cessation and, without waiting for external conditions, cease moment by moment. It first refutes material dharmas and then refutes mental dharmas.
