論「為了諸行至隨應當知」，經部通經，離法之外無別生等。經說第六轉聲色之生言，先法說、後喻顯。如文可知。

The Śāstra states: "In order to understand conditioned formations... should be understood accordingly." The Sautrāntika explains the sūtras, showing that outside of dharmas there are no distinct [marks of] arising and so forth. When the sūtra speaks using the genitive case, such as "the arising of matter", it first explains in terms of dharmas and then illustrates by analogy. It is understandable from the text.
