論「又名身等唯是等流」，第三五類分別。非色法故，非是長養。隨欲生故，非是異熟。是有為故，非實。從同類因生，故非是剎那，是等流性。

On the Śāstra's statement: "Furthermore, name-collections and so forth are exclusively outflow-types (niṣyanda)": this is the third section, distinguishing among the five categories. Because they are not material dharmas (rūpa), they are not nutrition-born (aupacayika). Because they arise in accordance with desire, they are not fruition-of-ripening (vipākaja). Because they are conditioned, they are not real [unconditioned]. Because they arise from causes of the same class (sabhāga-hetu), they are not momentary (kṣaṇika); they are of the nature of outflow (niṣyanda).
