論「有餘部執至此義亦成」，述異釋無退義得成也。離第三定染得第四定，即第四定處亦名意成天，滅定不退亦得生彼。

Regarding the treatise's statement, "Other schools hold ... this meaning is also established": This sets forth an alternative explanation whereby the meaning of non-retrogression can also be established. Separating from the defilements of the third dhyāna, one attains the fourth dhyāna; thus the abode of the fourth dhyāna is also named "mind-made deities," and without retrogressing from the cessation attainment, one can also take birth there.
