論「所以者何」，問也。所以有漏異地非因，無漏異地互為因耶？
The treatise says: "Why is that?" This is the question: Why is it that contaminated [dharmas] of different stages are not causes, while uncontaminated [dharmas] of different stages mutually serve as cause?
