論「頌既不說至通三世非世」，明能作因由體寬故，通三世非世也。

On the Śāstra's: "Since the verse does not state [...] pervades the three time periods and the non-temporal": this clarifies that because the substance of the efficient cause is broad, it pervades the three time periods and the non-temporal.
