論「經部師說至唯有為故」，論主述經部宗。經部不許無為是因，以經說故。

On the Śāstra's: "The Sautrāntika masters say [...] because it is only conditioned": the author of the treatise states the Sautrāntika tenet. The Sautrāntikas do not accept that the unconditioned is a cause, because the sūtra says so.
