論「若爾何故名虛空等」，有部問也。法既無體，依何立名？既名虛空及擇滅，故知有體。

[When] the treatise [states]: "If so, why are they termed space and so forth?" the Vaibhāṣika asks: "If dharmas lack an intrinsic entity, on what basis are names established? Since they are named space and cessation through deliberation, one therefore knows that they possess an entity."
