論「法與隨相至非隨相於法」，此是互為果。因不遍此法，故別舉也。
The commentary says: "The phenomena and the secondary characteristics... but not the secondary characteristics for the phenomenon." This is mutual effect. Because the reason does not pervade this phenomenon, it is adduced separately.
