7.130

論「欲界生得至引生彼心」，釋欲界散地生得善心，以明利故。從二無漏心及色加行心起。色界定地生得不明利故，不從彼起，亦不生彼。

The Śāstra says, "The desire-realm innate ... induces and produces that mind": this explains that the innate wholesome mind of the desire realm, being of a dispersed stage, arises from the two uncontaminated minds and the form-realm preparatory mind because it is clear and sharp. The innate wholesome of the form realm, belonging to a stage of absorption, is not clear and sharp; hence it does not arise from them, nor does it produce them.
