論「言餘處者至如識住中」，釋餘第四定及諸惡趣非有情居。如前已釋。
The verse commentary states: "The words 'the remaining places' [...] as in the stations of consciousness." This explains why the remaining fourth dhyāna and the bad destinies are not abodes of sentient beings, as has been explained before.
