論「或若有法至所說如是」，第二釋也。「毘婆沙師所說如是」者，指宗也。

The verse commentary states: "Or, if there is a dharma [...] what is said is like this." This is the second explanation. "What the Vaibhāṣikas say is like this" indicates the school's doctrine.
