8.13

論「此欲界上至總名色界」，已下釋色界也。於中有三：一略舉、二廣釋、三定宗。此第一也。

The Śāstra says: "Above this desire realm ... collectively named the form realm." From here below explains the form realm. In this, there are three parts: first, a brief presentation; second, a detailed explanation; third, establishing the tenet. This is the first.
