論「雖有是說至非獨說識」，答兩難也。於識食中有喜、染等及七識住，皆於生處所攝五蘊不別分析總生喜、染，非獨說識。

The verse commentary states: "Although there is this statement [...] it does not speak of consciousness alone." This answers both objections. In the nutriment of consciousness (vijñānāhāra), there are delight, craving, and so forth, as well as the seven stations of consciousness, all of which produce delight and craving collectively toward the five skandhas subsumed under the place of rebirth without analyzing them separately; it does not speak of consciousness alone.
