8.47
論「於中隨增至是三界繫」，答也。諸無漏法雖於三界現行，非三界繫，不隨增故。
On the Śāstra's statement: "That in which ... grow concurrently, is bound to the three realms": this is the reply. Although all anāsrava phenomena are active within the three realms, they are not bound to the three realms, because [defilements] do not grow concurrently in them.
