論「由是業力至即如今識」，第十一出生支體也。雖現、未別，自餘義類皆同識說，謂一剎那唯染心等。

The treatise says: "Through the power of this karma... just like the present consciousness." This is the eleventh [section], presenting the intrinsic nature of the link of birth (jāti). Although the present and future differ, all other aspects of meaning are explained in the same way as consciousness: namely, a single moment of defiled mind only, and so forth.
