論「理實應言至所說無失」，論主正釋。未來未已作位名有為者，已與過、現種類同故。

On the Śāstra's statement: 'In correct principle one should say, up to: what has been said is without error': the author of the Śāstra provides the correct explanation. The reason why future phenomena in their unproduced stage are called conditioned is that they are already of the same category as past and present ones.
