論「經部諸師至經義不然」，已下經部破有部也。有部是本，經部是末，由此白也。
On the Śāstra's statement: 'The Sautrāntika masters, up to: the meaning of the sūtra is not so': from here below, the Sautrāntikas refute the Sarvāstivādins. The Sarvāstivāda is the root, and the Sautrāntika is the branch; hence this statement.
