論「復次至生緣老死」，自下述經部十二緣義，寄問生起。

The treatise says: "Furthermore, [in what manner does the Blessed One establish the twelve links of conditioned origination] to [birth is the condition for aging-and-death]?" Below this recounts the Sautrāntika's meaning of the twelve conditioned [links], presenting an inquiry into their origination.
