9.40
論「如是中有至謂愛或恚」，明倒心也。《正理論》云「由是因緣，男女生已，於母於父如次偏孕。」
On the Śāstra's 'Such an intermediate existence... that is, attachment or aversion': this clarifies the inverted mind. The Nyāyānusāra says: 'Due to this cause and condition, after a male or female is born, they are respectively partial in their gestation toward the mother or toward the father.'
