9.88

論「據圓滿者至補特伽羅」，答也。就中有二：一即略答、二引教證。此是初也。《婆沙》大意亦同。

The Śāstra says: "It is stated based on a complete … pudgala." This is the answer. Within this there are two parts: first, a brief answer; second, citing scriptural testimony. This is the first. The general meaning of the Vibhāṣā is also the same.
