論「有時但說至二分攝故」，此束三世為二分也，據前後因果各相對故。
The Śāstra says: "Sometimes it is only said … because they are subsumed under two divisions." This condenses the three times into two divisions, based on the mutual correspondence between prior and posterior causes and effects.
