[On] the treatise's: "This root of good of Heat... sixteen aspects", this explains the truths and aspects. Because the time is long, one is able to fully contemplate the four noble truths as objects and the sixteen aspects. According to [the principle of] reducing objects, here one contemplates the four truths, and only after contemplating four aspects for each single truth does one change truths. Furthermore, the Nyāyānusāra says: "It is a differentiation of the application of mindfulness on dharmas that universally takes the common characteristics as its object. Although the application of mindfulness on common dharmas takes defiled [phenomena] as its object and contemplates them as suffering, empty, impermanent, and non-self, at the initial stage one first gives rise to the four aspects of suffering, and afterwards contemplates the truth of origination. There is no contradiction in principle."
