從此第二，明教起因。論云：「何故世尊於所知境，由蘊等門作三種說？」頌曰：
From here, the second [part] clarifies the causes for the teaching's arising. The treatise says: 'For what reason did the World-Honoured One, with respect to the realm of the knowable, present three kinds of teachings through the approaches of the skandhas and so forth?' The verse says:
