所餘成壞及壞已空，雖無增減二十差別，然由時量與住劫同，准住各成二十中劫（已上釋第十三第十四句也）。

As for the remaining formation, dissolution, and the void after dissolution, although they lack the distinction of twenty increases and decreases, yet because their time measures are identical to the kalpas of duration, each is considered to consist of twenty intermediate kalpas based on the kalpas of duration (this concludes the explanation of the thirteenth and fourteenth lines).
