語表許言聲者，此明語業，謂即言聲為語表業，此身、語業皆有無表，如前界〈品已〉分別竟。

'Vocal informative [karma] is accepted as the sound of speech': this clarifies vocal karma, stating that the sound of speech is vocal informative karma. These [two] karmas of body and speech both have uninformative [aspects], as was already differentiated previously in the "Chapter on the Elements."
