就初總明，復分三段：一明成三戒、二明斷律儀、三會經二律儀。

Within the first, generally explaining, there are again three sections: first, explaining possession of the three precepts; second, explaining the restraint of abandonment; third, reconciling the two restraints in the sūtras.
