後成過非未者，此上表業初剎那後，通成過去，非成未來，不隨心色，勢微劣故。

"Afterwards, one possesses it as past, not future": after the initial moment of the above manifest karma, one possesses it throughout the past, not the future, because physical form that does not conform to the mind is weak and inferior in power.
