從此第三，明不受近事得近住，論云：「為唯近事即得受近住，為餘亦有受近住耶？」頌曰：
From here, the third section explains that one who does not undertake [the vows of] a lay follower may still obtain [the vows of] dwelling nearby. The treatise says: "Is it only a lay follower who obtains the observance of dwelling nearby, or can others also receive [the vows of] dwelling nearby?" The verse says:
