16.36

釋曰：惡六定無表者，謂殺生、不與取、虛誑語、離間語、麁惡語、雜穢語，如是六種定有無表。表有無不定，若遣他為根本成時，自表無故，唯有無表。

The commentary says: "Six bad [actions] definitely have avijñapti" refers to killing, taking what is not given, false speech, malicious speech, harsh speech, and frivolous speech; these six kinds definitely have avijñapti. Whether they have vijñapti is not fixed: if one dispatches another to act, when the root [action] is accomplished, because one has no vijñapti oneself, there is only avijñapti.
