釋曰：殺麁語瞋恚，究竟皆由瞋者，究竟者是成辨終了義，要瞋現前，成辨終了殺等三故。
The commentary says: "Killing, harsh speech, and malice are culminated entirely by hatred": "culminated" means bringing to completion and conclusion; for hatred must be present to bring to completion and conclusion the three beginning with killing.
