16.59

許所餘由三者，虛誑離間及雜穢語名為所餘，此誑語等一一皆由三根究竟，以貪、瞋等現在前時，一一能令此三成故。

Regarding "it is accepted that the remainder are [brought to completion] by all three": lying, malicious speech, and frivolous speech are called "the remainder." Each one of these, such as lying, is brought to completion by the three roots, because when greed, hatred, and the like are manifest, each is able to bring these three to completion.
