釋曰：此以三世業對三世法為果差別。此三世業，色、行二蘊少分為體。若三世法，五蘊為體。過於三各四者，謂過去業以三世法各為四果，唯除離繫。

Explanation: This differentiates the fruits of karma across the three times in relation to phenomena across the three times. Karmas of the three times have as their essence a small portion of the aggregates of form and formations. Phenomena of the three times have the five aggregates as their essence. Regarding "The past has four in each of the three": past karma takes phenomena of each of the three times as four fruits, excluding only disconnection.
