從此第五，明施果無量，論云：「如契經說：『施預流向其果無量，施預流果果量更增。』乃至廣說。頗有施非聖，果亦無量耶？」頌曰：
Next is the fifth part, explaining the immeasurable fruit of giving. The treatise says: "As a sutra says: 'Giving to one progressing toward the fruit of stream-entry has an immeasurable fruit; giving to one who has attained the fruit of stream-entry has a fruit that is even greater,' up to extensive explanations. Can giving to a non-noble one also have an immeasurable fruit?" The verse says:
