釋曰：初句標也。四身一語業者，殺父、害母、殺阿羅漢、出佛身血，此四身業。破和合僧，此一語業。

Explanation: The first line states the topic. "Four are bodily and one is vocal karma": killing one's father, killing one's mother, killing an arhat, and shedding the blood of a Buddha—these four are bodily karma. Causing a schism in the Saṅgha—this one is vocal karma.
