釋曰：由此捨名施者，由此無貪心，及能發身、語，方能捨財物故。無貪等是真施體。
The commentary says: "Relinquishing by this is called giving" means that by means of this non-greed mind and what can instigate body and speech, one is able to relinquish material wealth. Non-greed and so forth are the true essence of giving.
