十色可積集者，五根五境名為十色，極微所成，名可積集。義准餘八，非可積集，非極微故。
Regarding "the ten rūpas are accumulations": the five faculties and five objects are called the ten rūpas; being formed of atoms (paramāṇu), they are called accumulations. By implication, the remaining eight are non-accumulations, because they are not [composed of] atoms.
