20.66

見不順住故，非於漏獨立者，令住生死，名為漏義。見性猛利，不順住義，由此於漏不獨立名，但可與餘合說為漏。

"Because views do not conform to remaining, they do not stand independently among the effluents" means that causing one to remain in saṃsāra is the meaning of "effluent." The nature of views is fierce and sharp, which does not conform to the meaning of remaining; because of this, they do not stand under an independent name among the effluents, but can only be spoken of as effluents together with the rest.
