21.20

釋曰：順上分五：一色界貪、二無色界貪、三色無色掉舉、四色無色慢、五色無色無明。由此五種，能令有情不超上界，名順上分結，以貪過重，兩界別論。

Explanation: Those according with the upper tier are five: 1. greed of the form realm; 2. greed of the formless realm; 3. restlessness of form and the formless; 4. conceit of form and the formless; 5. ignorance of form and the formless. Because of these five kinds, sentient beings are caused not to transcend the upper realms, and so they are called fetters according with the upper tier. Because greed's fault is so grave, it is treated separately for the two realms.
