無不足大欲者，第二因也。無不足者，喜足也。無大欲者，少欲也。前二易可成，由喜足少欲。
"Being without dissatisfaction and great desire" is the second cause. "Without dissatisfaction" is contentment. "Without great desire" is having few desires. The former two are easily accomplished through contentment and having few desires.
