緣風者，第三境界門，此定緣風。依欲身者，第四依身門，唯依欲界人、天趣身，除北俱盧。

'Takes wind as object' is the third category, the objective sphere: this concentration takes wind as its object. 'Relies on a desire-realm body' is the fourth category, the body it relies upon: it relies only on the bodies of humans and devas of the desire realm, excluding Uttarakuru.
