23.55

「世第一無間，即緣欲界苦，
生無漏法忍，忍次生法智，
次緣餘界苦，生類忍類智，
緣集滅道諦，各生四亦然。
如是十六心，名聖諦現觀，
此總有三種，謂見緣事別。」

"Immediately following the supreme mundane, having the suffering of the desire realm as object,
Arises the untainted acceptance of dharma; following acceptance arises the knowledge of dharma;
Next, having the suffering of the remaining realms as object, arise the subsequent acceptance and subsequent knowledge;
Taking the truths of origin, cessation, and path as objects, each gives rise to four in the same way.
Such sixteen mental states are called the direct realization of the noble truths;
These are in total of three kinds: namely, the differences of seeing, object, and function."
