離緣四能斷者，緣四諦境能斷惑道，皆名為離，離煩惱故。

'Dispassion is the ability to sever through directing toward the four [truths]' means that the paths capable of severing afflictions through taking the four noble truths as their object are all called 'dispassion', because they separate from afflictions.
