從此第二，明出體，論云：「此三十七體各別耶（問也）？不爾（答也。體唯有十，故言不爾）。云何（徵也）？」頌曰：
From this point is the second [section], explaining the essential nature. The treatise says: "Are these thirty-seven entities individually distinct? (This asks.) They are not. (This answers: because their essential nature is only ten, it says 'they are not'.) Why is that? (This inquires.)" The verse says:
