25.70

三四者，一四念住、二四正斷、三四神足也。五根力者，謂五根、五力也。此四念住等皆通有漏、無漏二種也。

'The three fours' are: first, the four applications of mindfulness; second, the four right abandonments; third, the four bases of psychic power. 'The five faculties and powers' refers to the five faculties and the five powers. These four applications of mindfulness and so forth are all common to both kinds, the contaminated and uncontaminated.
