及有欲餘道者，謂未離欲，名為有欲，此有欲聖所有加行、解脫、勝進，名為餘道，是前無間道外，故名為餘。

[Regarding] "And the remaining paths with desire": not yet being free from desire is called "with desire"; all the preparatory, liberation, and distinguished paths of this noble one with desire are called "remaining paths." Because they are outside the aforementioned uninterrupted paths, they are called "remaining."
