世俗此及餘者，謂世俗智作此十六行，及作所餘自共相行，以世俗智緣一切法故。

As for "conventional has these and others": conventional knowledge forms these sixteen aspects, as well as the remaining aspects of individual and common characteristics, because conventional knowledge takes all phenomena as its cognitive object.
