"Four have all ten; cessation does not": 'four' refers to conventional knowledge, the knowledge of others' minds, the knowledge of exhaustion, and the knowledge of non-arising; all four take the ten knowledges as their intentional objects. The knowledge of cessation does not take the ten knowledges as its intentional objects; hence it says 'cessation does not', because the knowledge of cessation only takes analytical cessation as its intentional object.
